Over four decades ago, a sister’s promise sparked a movement that would change the world. Susan G. Komen was founded with a singular mission: to create a future where breast cancer no longer claims lives. Today, that promise continues to drive their unwavering commitment to this cause.

Susan G. Komen has been at the forefront of groundbreaking research, pioneering advancements that have led to earlier detection, innovative treatments, and more effective risk reduction strategies. Their efforts have contributed to a more than 42% decrease in breast cancer mortality.

With nearly $3.6 billion invested in research, community health, advocacy, and programs across over 60 countries, Sugan G. Komen has been instrumental in the approval of 19 new breast cancer drugs in the past decade alone. Their holistic approach ensures they make the biggest impact possible in the fight against this disease.
