Sponsored by ECHO USA Inc., 400 Oakwood Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Sponsor’s decisions concerning all matters related to this sweepstakes are final. This ECHO EQUIP Sweepstakes begins on October 16, 2024 and concludes October 17, 2024 at 3:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time.

How to Enter

To enter, participants can earn entries into the sweepstakes by completing a demo area punch card. 

Indoor Demo Entry: Participants must complete all three designated indoor demo stations. 

Outdoor Demo Entry: Participants must complete a minimum of five out of the eight designated outdoor demo stations. Completed punch cards must be submitted by 3:30 PM local time on the day of the event to be eligible for the 4:00 PM drawing. Participants must retain their original numbered ticket, which is required to claim any prize. 

Participants may submit multiple entries, provided that each entry is associated with a fully completed punch card.

No responsibility is assumed for late or misdirected entries or prize acceptance responses. Sponsor’s agency’s computer system shall be the official timekeeper for the sweepstakes.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. One (1) winner will be randomly selected on October 17 and will be notified via live drawing on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 4:00 PM EST. The winner must respond within 30 minutes of the announcement to receive prize, otherwise a 2nd winner will be selected.

Prize

Prize: (1) ECHO Battery-Powered Prize Pack (prize value: $5,000). No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed, except by ECHO, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner must pay all costs and taxes other than those specifically identified in the prize description. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept the prize, then prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner provided sufficient time remains, in ECHO’s discretion. Winners will be responsible to pay all taxes related to a prize valued at over $600. Open to legal U.S. citizens, residing in the United States. Winners must be at least eighteen (18) years old. ECHO employees, marketing partners, UAG members, distributors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Winners grant ECHO the right to use their name, photograph, video, likeness and biographical information in advertising and promotion without compensation or permission where prohibited by law. Winner releases ECHO from any liability arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. Privacy

Any entry information collected from the sweepstakes shall be used in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry, with these official rules and with the sponsor’s privacy polity.
