
ECHO Inc.’s Largest Distributor - Golden Eagle Distributing Corporation - Is Relocating Its Midwest Distribution Facility to Wauconda, IL
December 17, 2018Golden Eagle Distributing Corporation, a Subsidiary of ECHO Incorporated, has outgrown its existing location and will be relocating its Midwest distribution facility to a new state-of-the-art 55,000-square-foot facility in Wauconda, IL.
“We are excited to announce our new distribution facility. The facility will allow Golden Eagle Distributing to better serve our dealers in 11 states and set us up for future growth opportunities,” said Golden Eagle Distributing Corporation General Manager, Joe Cincotta.
The new location was selected for its access to major highways and its proximity to ECHO’s manufacturing operations and corporate headquarters in Lake Zurich, IL. “By keeping our new facility close in proximity to ECHO’s operations, it is our expectation to maintain 1-day shipping service to our 1,000+ Midwest dealers” said Cincotta.
All employees from the previous location will transition into the new facility. Distribution operations will begin from the new facility located at 1275 Karl Ct., Wauconda, IL starting in January 2019.
